If you are a guest at our hotel, the conference center or one of our restaurants, you can use our 500 spacious parking spaces. The use of these parking spaces is completely free of charge for guests of Hotel Eindhoven.
When you arrive at the car park, you will receive a parking ticket from the barrier. Are you parking less than 3 hours? Then you can simply drive out with the parking card which you received upon arrival. This is especially useful if you came to charge your car or use one of our restaurants. Guests of 040 Congress & Events or 040 Seats & Offices will receive an exit ticket from the organization.
As a hotel guest you obviously park for longer than 3 hours. During your stay, you can use your room key to enter and exit the car park. At the end of your stay, you can have the parking card which you received on arrival scanned at the reception, making it suitable as an exit card.
Although the car park is secured with a barrier and camera system, parking is at your own risk. Hotel Eindhoven cannot be held liable for damage to / or theft from parked cars.
