You will find a bus stop directly in front of Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven. Line numbers 7, 317 and 318 will take you to the center of Eindhoven or to NS Centraal Station Eindhoven within 10 minutes.
To travel by bus you will always need a disposable chip card or an anonymous OV-chip card. It is currently not possible to buy a ticket in the bus. You will need to do this online in advance.
The disposable chip card is for one-time use. You can buy this at an NS ticket machine or service counter of the Nationale Spoorwegen (NS). You always pay an additional fee of 1 euro per trip. The anonymous OV-chipkaart can be used more often. This can also be purchased from an NS ticket machine or NS service desk. You will pay €7.50 once and this card is also valid for the bus, streetcar, metro and ferry. Before you travel, you must recharge the OV-chip card at an NS ticket machine.
